Terms and Conditions
A full refund will be provided to any goods returned to our warehouse, unopened in their original packaging and within 30 days. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable.
If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.
After 30 days returns and refunds are subject to manufacturers warranty.
The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
Please note that this is a business that sells 'PreOrders' therefore it can take up to 8 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped to you. When you buy from us you need to be aware that unforseen circumstances can mean delays in this delivery. We will do our best to keep you up to date with any news, delays and issues with the preorder. If you are unwilling to wait the time taken for preorders to arrive we suggest you wait until the very limited retail goes on sale. We cannot guarantee ANY of the Preorder fabrics will be available for Retail, and that is at our discretion.
Once the Preorder has arrived we cut and pack, we will notify you that your fabric has arrived and is being cut. Once packed you will receive a shipping notification and you should receive your package within a few days. Shipping is charged on a National New Zealand shipping charge. All Overseas orders will be charged a separate shipping cost depending on the Country you are ordering from. If you are ordering from overseas please advise when ordering, this can delay shipping times further.
